Notice Requirements

A valid notice should include, at minimum:

• Identification of the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material.
• Sufficient location details to allow prompt review.
• Complainant contact details.
• Good-faith and accuracy statements under penalty of perjury where required.
• Physical or electronic signature of the authorized party.
