Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Krishna Connect ("Krishna Connect," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Krishna Connect platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older where required by local law, to use the Services.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, parental or legal guardian consent is required.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to post, transmit, or facilitate content or conduct that:

• Violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
• Includes nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit exploitation.
• Promotes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, or CSAM.
• Contains threats, harassment, hate speech, stalking, or doxxing.
• Distributes malware, phishing, fraudulent schemes, or spam.
• Impersonates a person or entity or misrepresents affiliation.

3. Child Safety and Zero-Tolerance Enforcement

Krishna Connect enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Content or conduct involving CSAM/CSAE is removed immediately, associated accounts may be permanently disabled, and reports may be made to relevant authorities where required by law.

Users must report suspected child-safety violations promptly through in-app reporting tools or by emailing madanmohandas@krishnaconnect.in.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you create and submit. By posting content, you grant Krishna Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services. This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required by law, safety obligations, or legitimate service operations.

5. Moderation and Enforcement Rights

We may investigate, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable policies. Enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent account termination, and legal reporting where required.

Except where prohibited by law or safety needs, users may request review of selected moderation decisions by contacting us at madanmohandas@krishnaconnect.in.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge the collection and processing of data as described there.

7. Intellectual Property

Krishna Connect and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, branding, and related materials. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party products. Krishna Connect is not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their data practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Krishna Connect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Krishna Connect and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the Services.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately where necessary for legal compliance, safety, platform integrity, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms cease, while provisions intended to survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory legal rights in your jurisdiction, courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be communicated through the Services. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
